We may collect business and contact information such as pharmacy or company name, point of contact, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, account information, order requests, fulfilled quantities, invoice references, shipment information, support requests, and other information submitted through our website or provided to our team.

We may also collect technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, timestamps, authentication events, and basic usage information necessary to operate, secure, and improve the website and customer portal.

3. How We Use Information

4. QuickBooks and Intuit Integration

When an authorized GulfPoint administrator connects QuickBooks Online, GulfPoint may transmit business, customer, order, invoice, and related accounting information to Intuit to create or manage accounting records and invoices. GulfPoint does not collect or store your Intuit password. Intuit authorization is handled through Intuit’s OAuth authorization process.

Information received from or transmitted to Intuit is used only to support GulfPoint’s accounting, invoicing, payment, and related business workflows. Use of Intuit services is also subject to Intuit’s own terms and privacy practices.

5. Payment Information

GulfPoint does not intentionally store raw credit-card numbers or complete bank-account credentials in its website database. Payment details may be handled by third-party payment or accounting providers. GulfPoint may store limited references such as payment status, invoice identifiers, payment terms, or tokenized provider references when needed for business operations.

6. Service Providers

We may use third-party providers for website hosting, authentication, database services, transactional email, accounting, invoicing, payments, analytics, and other business operations. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to GulfPoint.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Data Retention

We retain business and account information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet accounting or legal obligations, and protect GulfPoint and its customers.

9. Access and Corrections

Authorized customers may update certain account information through the GulfPoint customer portal or contact GulfPoint to request corrections. Certain legal, ownership, licensing, or account-control changes may require review before they are updated.

10. Cookies

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for authentication, security, session management, preferences, and basic website functionality.

11. Business-to-Business Use

GulfPoint’s website and customer portal are intended primarily for business customers and authorized business representatives. The services are not intended for children.
